Explanation

Look at the cocktail cathedral - a testimony to the golden age of everything that is mixed. Well, that was our starting point. Of course, we respect a good slingshot, horse and horse neck as much as everyone else. Indeed we are standing on the giant cocktail shaker.

But we also think: Turn it up to a notch or nine.

Because of this, our drink menus cover a wide variety of spirits, liquors, bitterness and kitchen influences. And something else:

a story.

Follow the adventure stories on the timeline of John Morrissey, the founder of Dead Rabbit, in New York City, 1970s. The menu is light and thin, and as the story goes on, drinks become increasingly strong. So, start with a sherry shoemaker and end with a hot apple knife toddy.

Of course, of course, skillfully masterfully crafted by master craftsmen.

They say everything starts with the Blues, do not they? R & B, soul, jazz, rock, hip hop: they all come here.

    Always impressive coming here. One of those bars I follow on IG to keep up with what is going on with them. Always Innovative and pushing the boundaries with what they offer. I have Thier book which is quite a popular one. The beverages are so delicious and well rounded. The food when I went was good.

    I love the ambiance though. It makes you feel like youre not in NYC which is a great feeling. It incapsulates you into being somewhere else. From the sawdust on the floor to the decoration on the ceiling. I love everything about this triple floored bar. Worth it every time.
